Let’s face it—most fitness influencers promise the world, overcharge for generic programs, and leave you disappointed with little to show for it. That’s not me. My passion for strength and fitness isn’t a trend—it’s my life.
Growing up, I idolized the strength and respect-commanding physiques of pro wrestlers. As a kid, I watched my dad bench over 300 pounds and heard stories of my grandpa military pressing 265 pounds overhead on a diet of pizza, pasta, and beer. Strength is in my blood, and I was destined for this game.
Proven Mentorship & Experience
My journey to becoming an authority in strength training began under Wisconsin’s own Josiah Richardson, one of the strongest raw and natural lifters in the world. His mentorship took my knowledge and physique to the next level. It wasn’t long before my strength earned me respect, even outside the gym—guys at college bars were buying me beers just to pick my brain about training!
From there, I entered the world of competitive powerlifting and connected with Josh Bryant, the youngest man ever to bench 600 pounds. Josh has coached world-class lifters and guided me with invaluable knowledge and strategies to build real power—not just for myself, but for others too.
At just 20 years old, I’m on the path to naturally total of 2,000 pounds raw. If my results and the caliber of mentors I’ve trained under don’t speak volumes about what I know, I don’t know what will.
